A Vivienne westwood moment at The Old Marylebone Town hall

Tia and Karl at The Old Marylebone Town Hall

There is something undeniably special about a London wedding, and this celebration was the perfect example. From bridal preparations at Le Mirage Hotel in Bayswater, to an intimate ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall, followed by dinner and drinks at PYRA, the whole day had that effortlessly stylish, city-wedding feel.

As a London wedding content creator, I loved capturing all the little moments that made this wedding feel so personal, from the excitement of getting ready to the celebrations that followed.

Bridal Prep at Le Mirage Hotel, Bayswater

The day began at Le Mirage Hotel in Bayswater, where the bride got ready surrounded by her bridal party.

Bridal prep is always one of my favourite parts of a wedding to capture because there is so much happening before the main event; finishing touches, getting into the dress, makeup and hair, and those little moments of excitement and anticipation.

There was also plenty to capture when it came to the bride's fashion. She wore a stunning Vivienne Westwood wedding dress, bringing a beautifully modern and fashion-forward feel to the day. From the details of the dress to the moment she was finally ready, it was a dream to capture on video.

A London Ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall

From Bayswater, it was time to head to one of London's most iconic wedding venues: Old Marylebone Town Hall.

The ceremony rooms at Old Marylebone Town Hall have such a distinctive character, making them perfect for couples wanting a classic London wedding with plenty of personality.

Capturing the ceremony as a content creator is all about finding the moments happening around the main event, the anticipation before walking down the aisle, the reactions of friends and family, the vows, the first kiss and, of course, that just-married feeling as the couple walk back out together.

And once the ceremony was over, the celebrations could properly begin.

Dinner & Celebrations at PYRA

After the ceremony, the couple and their guests headed to PYRA for the reception.

The restaurant provided the perfect setting for a relaxed celebration after the ceremony. Rather than feeling like a traditional formal wedding reception, the day had a wonderfully intimate and social atmosphere, the kind of celebration where everyone can properly enjoy being together.

For me, this is where wedding content creation really comes into its own. While your photographer is capturing the beautiful, carefully composed images, I am there to capture the feeling of the day, the movement, the laughter, the atmosphere, the candid interactions and all the little moments you might otherwise forget.

Your Wedding, As It Actually Felt

One of my favourite things about creating wedding content is that the final videos aren't just about what your wedding looked like. They're about what it felt like.

The nerves before the ceremony. Getting into your dress with your closest people. Seeing your partner for the first time. The excitement immediately after saying "I do". Your friends laughing over dinner. The tiny moments between the big ones.

And because everything is captured on an iPhone, the footage feels natural, immediate and incredibly personal, like you're reliving your wedding day through the eyes of the people who were actually there.

This London wedding was exactly that: effortlessly stylish, intimate and completely centred around celebrating the couple.
